Refund policy

At ILIVEHERE, every piece is created with care and intention.
If for any reason your order doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help.

Returns Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original packaging must be included
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be accepted

Return Shipping

By placing an order at ILIVEHERE, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to ILIVEHERE, unless an incorrect or faulty item was sent.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as ILIVEHERE is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item

In these cases, return shipping costs will be covered by ILIVEHERE.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings (unless faulty)
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items purchased on sale (unless faulty)

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to order a different item, please place a new order after your return is processed.
