Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after being placed.

  • Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, during office hours (9:00 – 17:00).
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Orders (Greece)

Shipping Provider

All domestic orders are shipped via Geniki Taxidromiki.

Shipping Rates

  • FREE express shipping on all domestic orders over €100
  • Shipping rates for orders under €100 are calculated and displayed at checkout

Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on your location and are shown at checkout.

Extra charges may apply for remote or hard-to-reach locations. In such cases, you will be contacted via email for approval before shipment.

International Shipping (Europe & Worldwide)

We ship internationally using reliable and trackable services.

Standard Shipping (Registered)

  • Delivered via your local post office
  • If you are unavailable, a notice card may be left with instructions for collection
  • Tracking is available
  • You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships

Express Shipping (FedEx)

  • Delivered by FedEx Express
  • Tracking number provided via email once shipped
  • FedEx will attempt delivery up to three (3) times
  • A notice card will be left after each attempt
  • Signature required upon delivery

Remote Areas

Extra charges may apply for deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach locations.
If applicable, you will be contacted via email for approval before shipment.

Taxes & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees upon arrival in the destination country.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer
  • ILIVEHERE has no control over customs processes or charges
  • We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order
  • ILIVEHERE is not liable for any delays, fees, or actions taken by customs authorities or delivery services

Currency & Payments

  • All prices on ILIVEHERE are listed and charged in EUROS (€)
  • Currency conversion rates are determined by your card issuer or bank

Returns & Shipping

By placing an order at ILIVEHERE, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless an incorrect or faulty item was sent.
